Hi, my name is Austin, I've been riding since I was 7 and haven't stopped since. I just recently got a huge sponsorship from PepPod (http://peppod.com/). I am currently racing the VDR Harescramble series, I race a YZ 125 and don't feel like I need a faster bike. My two best friends also ride, they're good for practice and getting faster because we always try to beat each other and push ourselves to be faster. I'm a cool, laid back kind of guy and I like to meet new people, so swing a few comments my way and I'll throw you 5*****.

Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

I started when I was 7 when i got a PW-80 for christmas and would ride almost every weekend. I was riding for fun untill this race season when I felt fast enough to do well on a race.

List your competitive highlights:

So far it would have been all the problems I've had during my races. The first race, I blew out the clutch on my 125 and had two switch to our 250 which I've never ridden. Then on the second race my cylinder was toast and wouldn't start race day so I ended up on the 250 for the whole race, and still got a flat tire. The last race I did on the 125, we had everything fixed so there was nothing left to break and had no technicals or flats and got 4th on a muddy track.

What are you planning for next season?

I'm planing on a lot more racing.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishment has been my sponsorship with PepPod.
